Newly engaged Rachel Bilson (”The OC”) is not only looking great in this 3.1 Phillip Lim dress but has teamed up with Jergens for its Glow and the Dark campaign to educate about how to achieve a healthy, natural glow without the sun’s harmful rays.  Thanks for being such a great role model, Rachel!
