Mommy-to-be Nicole Richie has just signed a deal with manufactures Rick and Brian Cytrynbaum to create a footwear and accessories collection for her House of Harlow line. “Nicole is designing everything herself. She’s totally devoted to this, and we’re creating a whole lifestyle around her aesthetic and what is true to her,” Rick Cytrynbaum was quoting saying.

The collection is slated to launch next Spring at select department stores.  Look out Jessica Simpson!
